حذف الحساب

1. طلب حذف حسابك
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في «القاموس الإشاري العربي» وجميع بياناته الشخصية في أي وقت، سواء استخدمت الموقع أو تطبيق الويب أو تطبيقات الهاتف. أدخل البريد الإلكتروني المسجل به حسابك وسنتحقق منه ثم ننفذ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى.
2. ما الذي يُحذف
- اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وبيانات ملفك الشخصي.
- سجل نشاطك (عمليات البحث والكلمات التي شاهدتها) وجلسات الدخول.
- بيانات التواصل في طلبات الشراء ورسائل الإبلاغ عن الأخطاء.
- لن تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى بهذا الحساب.
3. ما الذي نحتفظ به
نحتفظ فقط بسجلات المدفوعات والفواتير (المبلغ والتاريخ والباقة) للمدة التي تفرضها القوانين الضريبية والمحاسبية، مرتبطةً بحساب مجهول الهوية لا يمكن ربطه بك. ونحتفظ بمحتوى بلاغات الأخطاء الخاصة بالكلمات دون بيانات المرسل لتحسين القاموس.

Delete Your Account

1. Request account deletion
You can ask us to delete your Arabic Sign Language Dictionary account and all its personal data at any time, whether you use the website, the web app or the mobile apps. Enter the email address of your account; we verify it and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.
2. What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile details.
- Your activity history (searches, words viewed) and sign-in sessions.
- Your contact details in purchase orders and error reports.
- You will no longer be able to sign in with this account.
3. What we keep
We keep only payment records and invoices (amount, date, package) for the period required by tax and accounting law, linked to an anonymous account that cannot be linked back to you. We keep the content of word-error reports, without the sender's details, to improve the dictionary.
