اتفاقية الاستخدام

1. القبول والتعريفات
تنظّم هذه الاتفاقية استخدامك لـ«القاموس الإشاري العربي» (الموقع signdicv5.isharat.net، وتطبيق الويب web.signdicv5.isharat.net، وأي تطبيقات للهواتف تصدر لاحقاً) — ويُشار إليها جميعاً بـ«الخدمة». مقدّم الخدمة هو ديجينوفيا (Diginovia)، إحدى شركات مجموعة خليفة للكمبيوتر (Khalifa Computer Group)، حدائق الأهرام، الجيزة، جمهورية مصر العربية («نحن»). باستخدامك الخدمة أو شرائك اشتراكاً فإنك توافق على هذه الاتفاقية وعلى سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الدفع والاسترجاع.
2. وصف الخدمة
الخدمة قاموس تعليمي رقمي للغة الإشارة العربية يضم مقاطع فيديو لإشارات يؤديها مترجمون، ورسوماً توضيحية، وأدوات للبحث وترجمة النصوص إلى تسلسل إشاري، ومزايا تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي. الخدمة أداة تعليمية مساعدة، ولا تُعد بديلاً عن مترجم لغة إشارة معتمد في المواقف القانونية أو الطبية أو الرسمية.
3. الأهلية والحسابات
- يجب ألا يقل عمر صاحب الحساب عن ١٣ عاماً. يستخدم الأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً الخدمة فقط من خلال حسابات تُنشئها وتشرف عليها مدرستهم أو معلمهم أو وليّ أمرهم، ويكون المنشئ مسؤولاً عن الموافقة والإشراف.
- عليك تقديم بيانات صحيحة والحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور، وأنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك.
- الحساب شخصي ولا يجوز مشاركته. يعمل الحساب على جهاز واحد في الوقت نفسه، وتسجيل الدخول من جهاز جديد يُنهي الجلسة السابقة.
4. الاشتراكات والأسعار
- يتيح الاشتراك الوصول إلى الخدمة طوال مدة الباقة المختارة، ويبدأ فور تأكيد الدفع.
- لا تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً؛ لن نخصم أي مبلغ دون أن تشتري باقة جديدة بنفسك.
- تُعرض الأسعار بالجنيه المصري داخل مصر وبالدولار الأمريكي خارجها، والمبلغ الظاهر في صفحة الدفع هو المبلغ النهائي. قد يتقاضى البنك الذي تتعامل معه رسوم تحويل عملة.
- لا يؤثر تغيير الأسعار على الاشتراكات السارية.
- تخضع المدفوعات والاسترجاع لـسياسة الدفع والاسترجاع.
5. أكواد الجهات الشريكة
قد تمنح الجمعيات والجهات الشريكة أكواداً تتيح خصماً لأعضائها. يخضع كل كود للشروط التي تحددها الجهة ونحن (مثل الصلاحية والنسبة)، ويجوز لنا إيقاف أي كود يُساء استخدامه.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
يُحظر عليك:
- نسخ مقاطع الفيديو أو الرسوم أو المحتوى أو تنزيلها أو إعادة نشرها أو بيعها، أو استخدامها تجارياً دون ترخيص كتابي منا.
- استخدام برامج آلية لجمع المحتوى أو الوصول إلى الخدمة، أو محاولة تجاوز حماية الخدمة أو الهندسة العكسية لها.
- مشاركة حسابك أو بيعه، أو إساءة استخدام مزايا الذكاء الاصطناعي أو حدودها اليومية.
- أي استخدام مخالف للقانون أو يسيء إلى مجتمع الصم أو إلى الآخرين.
7. الملكية الفكرية
جميع مكونات الخدمة — بما فيها البرمجيات وقاعدة الإشارات ومقاطع الفيديو والرسوم التوضيحية والعلامات التجارية — مملوكة لديجينوفيا أو مرخّصة لها. نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الخدمة لأغراض التعلم والاستخدام الشخصي أو التعليمي غير التجاري طوال مدة اشتراكك.
8. مزايا الذكاء الاصطناعي
تقدّم مزايا «البحث والفهم الذكي» اقتراحات تلقائية لمعاني الكلمات والجمل وأقرب الإشارات لها، وقد تكون غير دقيقة أحياناً؛ لذا نعرض لك النص الأصلي إلى جانب المعنى لتتحقق منه بنفسك. يخضع استخدامها لحد يومي (حالياً ١٠٠ طلب يومياً) قد نعدّله. انظر سياسة الخصوصية لمعرفة كيفية معالجة النصوص التي تكتبها.
9. توفر الخدمة وتعديلها
نسعى لإتاحة الخدمة بشكل مستمر، لكننا لا نضمن خلوها من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. يحق لنا تطوير الخدمة وتعديل محتواها ومزاياها، مع الحفاظ على حصولك على الخدمة المدفوعة طوال مدة اشتراكك.
10. الإيقاف والإنهاء
يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الاتفاقية، وخاصة مشاركة الحساب أو نسخ المحتوى أو الاحتيال في الدفع. ويمكنك إنهاء استخدامك في أي وقت وطلب حذف حسابك.
11. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». وإلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة.
12. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكم الجيزة بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، مع سعينا أولاً إلى حل أي خلاف ودياً عبر التواصل معنا.
13. تعديل الاتفاقية
قد نحدّث هذه الاتفاقية، وسننشر النسخة الجديدة بتاريخ سريانها في هذه الصفحة. يُعد استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث قبولاً له، ويُطلب منك الموافقة على النسخة السارية عند كل عملية شراء.

User Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using the Service or buying a subscription.
1. Acceptance and definitions
This agreement governs your use of the Arabic Sign Language Dictionary — the website signdicv5.isharat.net, the web app web.signdicv5.isharat.net and any mobile apps released later (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Diginovia, a Khalifa Computer Group company, Hadayek Al Ahram, Giza, Arab Republic of Egypt ("we", "us"). By using the Service or buying a subscription you agree to this agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Payment & Refund Policy.
2. The Service
The Service is an educational digital dictionary of Arabic sign language: sign videos performed by interpreters, illustrations, search, text-to-sign translation tools and AI-powered features. It is a learning aid and is not a substitute for a certified sign language interpreter in legal, medical or official situations.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- Account holders must be at least 13 years old. Children under 13 may use the Service only through accounts created and supervised by their school, teacher or parent, who is responsible for consent and supervision.
- You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential; you are responsible for all activity on your account.
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared. An account works on one device at a time; signing in on a new device ends the previous session.
4. Subscriptions and prices
- A subscription gives access to the Service for the duration of the chosen package and starts as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically; we never charge you unless you buy a new package yourself.
- Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds in Egypt and in US dollars elsewhere; the amount on the payment page is the final amount. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees.
- Price changes do not affect active subscriptions.
- Payments and refunds are governed by the Payment & Refund Policy.
5. Partner codes
Partner NGOs and organizations may give their members codes with a discount. Each code is subject to the terms set by the partner and us (such as validity and rate), and we may disable any code that is misused.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, download, republish or sell sign videos, illustrations or other content, or use them commercially without our written licence;
- use automated tools to collect content or access the Service, or try to bypass its security or reverse-engineer it;
- share or sell your account, or abuse the AI features or their daily limits;
- use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms the Deaf community or others.
7. Intellectual property
All parts of the Service — software, the sign database, videos, illustrations and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to Diginovia. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for learning and personal or non-commercial educational use during your subscription.
8. AI features
The "Smart AI search & understanding" features make automatic suggestions about the meaning of words and sentences and the closest signs, and they can sometimes be wrong; that is why we always show your original text next to the meaning so you can check it. They are subject to a daily limit (currently 100 requests a day) that we may change. See the Privacy Policy for how the text you type is processed.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may develop the Service and change its content and features, while keeping your access to the paid Service for the duration of your subscription.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this agreement, in particular for account sharing, copying content or payment fraud. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Giza have jurisdiction over any dispute, although we will first try to resolve any disagreement amicably when you contact us.
13. Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement and will publish the new version with its effective date on this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it, and you are asked to accept the current version with every purchase.
